As a real estate agent in Chicago, it is important for me to occasionally review homes to get an approximate idea of what the current trends are. I need to know what is popular in the housing market i.e, what is going up for sale and selling fast. During my last review I noticed that many people are making the effort to rehab their homes before they put them on to the market.
While this seems to be a trend throughout the city, it seems to be even more common on the north side of Chicago. This is very convenient for clients looking to buy a home. It is especially appealing to those who are very busy and are looking for houses with a newer feeling or houses that require minimal work.
