Find Your Perfect Chicago Home

Saturday, June 7th, 2008

As a real estate agent in Chicago, I am always busy. It seems that more and more people are looking for housing all the time. Although selling real estate in Chicago is very busy work, it can also be really rewarding.

It is really fun for me helping growing families find a bigger home, helping new couples buy their first homes and seeing the look on people’s faces when they finally purchase their dream house. Due to the decrease in the pricing of real estate, I get to help more of these people more often. People are under the impression that it is not a good time to buy, but it is.

Housing is more affordable now than ever, and the deals are always there. You just have to find them. Also, it doesn’t hurt to have the right help. Chicago is a big city and there are hidden deals all over the place. For help finding deals on real estate in Chicago, visit our website real estate agents in chicago

Living and Sailing in Chicago

Sunday, June 1st, 2008

I have always loved sailing. It is one of my passions. The first thing I did when I moved to Chicago was buy a sailboat. I sail whenever I get a chance, so it was very important to me to find a condominium near the marina.

It is amazing to have both the luxury of a big city condominium and my sailboat in close proximity to each other. Obviously, there are less marinas than condominiums, so I was forced to look for a residence based on where my boat is parked.

Normally this would probably be a hassle. Lucky for me, I had a great real estate agent to help me find a place near my boat. I ended up in a roomy two bedroom condo right across the street from the marina. How lucky is that? The condominium is large, charming, and not too expensive. I am really grateful to Chicago real estate agents for helping me find the place. Now, if they could only help me find a bigger boat!
