I have always loved sailing. It is one of my passions. The first thing I did when I moved to Chicago was buy a sailboat. I sail whenever I get a chance, so it was very important to me to find a condominium near the marina.

It is amazing to have both the luxury of a big city condominium and my sailboat in close proximity to each other. Obviously, there are less marinas than condominiums, so I was forced to look for a residence based on where my boat is parked.

Normally this would probably be a hassle. Lucky for me, I had a great real estate agent to help me find a place near my boat. I ended up in a roomy two bedroom condo right across the street from the marina. How lucky is that? The condominium is large, charming, and not too expensive.
